I have been lucky to be able to experience the magic of Disney throughout my life. My first trip to Walt Disney World was in 1978 with my family. We returned again in 1979 and I have very fond memories of hopping around my parents as they get our tickets for the rides from the ticket book. My next experience came when we visited the new park called EPCOT Center in the spring of 1983. We also use to visit Disney Village whenever we were in the area to shop and experience Disney. I returned again when I was a teenager 1992 and got to experience all the parks at the time. The newest thing at the time was Disney's MGM Studios. All these times were very memorable and I enjoyed them all. However, my best memories of Disney's magic started in 1999 when my wife and I visited Walt Disney World for our honeymoon. The first stop was the newest park called Disney's Animal Kingdom. A few short years later we were able to return in 2002 with our two children and this started the lasting love of Disney magic. My youngest daughter got a lipstick kiss on the forehead from Snow White and the oldest daughter loved everything Nemo. We again returned and in 2011 with all of the children again and it was again a very magical experience. The kids always look forward to our trips to Disney. We went again in 2013 and stayed on property for the first time. We stayed in the Animal Kingdom Lodge and it was awesome to wake up to giraffes walking around while you drink your morning coffee. The wife and I returned again in 2014 for our 15th Anniversary and then again for our oldest Daughters 16th Birthday. We again stayed on property at the Old Key West Resort. We are a Disney family. Our family is addicted to pin trading and we all have our own favorite characters. Our next experience is already planned and it will be a Disney Christmas trip. Throughout the years names have changed and Walt Disney World has grown but the Disney magic stays the same and has given me and my family many lasting memories.
